Our client, a management company specialising in electronic music, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead initiatives for their exciting roster of artists. The role offers two days a week WFH.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Driving engagement across digital and traditional platforms with the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
* Spearheading social media strategy and content planning for artists.
* Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence online.
* Overseeing and managing digital advertising campaigns to include social media ads, DSP promotions, and influencer partnerships.
* Aligning marketing activities with release cycles and major events in collaboration with record labels, creative agencies, and PR teams.
* Optimising campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities using data insights.
* Driving ticket and merchandise sales, working with touring and merchandise teams.
* Handling sponsorships and partnerships with artist brands.
* Using industry best practices and cutting-edge strategies to keep abreast of latest marketing innovations.
* Providing oversight and coordination of content creation; photo/video shoots, BTS content and fan-driven activations.
* Adjusting strategies according to marketing KPIs and measurable outcomes of success.
