Sous Chef – Central Production Kitchen
7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends on rota)
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organised environment and enjoys a mix of hands‑on cooking and kitchen leadership.
What the role involves:
* 7am to 3pm shifts
* Predominantly Monday to Friday
* Occasional weekend work based on a rota
* Supporting day‑to‑day kitchen operations and a small, friendly team
* Assisting with ordering, stock management, invoicing, and kitchen paperwork
* Upholding excellent health and safety and food standards
About you:
* Experience in a production kitchen, contract catering, or events catering is beneficial, but not essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive, energetic team player with a hands‑on approach
