This part-time People Advisor role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the wider People team, you will provide practical, solutions focused HR advice, support employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure policies and processes are applied consistently and compliantly. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist seeking flexibility while maintaining meaningful impact.
Responsibilities of the People Advisor:
1. Provide first line HR advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters, including absence management and employee relations.
