As a Learning and Development Manager at Bill’s, you'll bethe driving force behind elevating the skills and expertise throughout ourrestaurants, with a passion for the continuous development of our people to be thebet they can be, bringing our values to life on every shift.
You will be dynamic, implementingtraining programs that help keep our teams engaged and up to date.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the North Region of the business and will be based at our Head Office in Fitzrovia,London, with travel required to deliver key updates and training as required.
KeyResponsibilities
Build and deliver engaging training programs that makelearning accessible and memorable, incorporating differing methods of deliveryto ensure that all of our teams get the information they need.
Develop clear career paths to guide our team members towardtheir full potential.
Working closely with the Operations and People Teams tocreate solutions for continuous improvement of the teams and our brand and toensure compliance with regulations – getting us ready to deliver on any new orupcoming changes to legislation.
Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to alignwith our business aims of ensuring that everyone leaves happy and instillingthis in our teams from the ground up.
Help develop and improve our working methods and delivery fromE-Learning to Virtual Guides
About You
Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for innovativethinking a background in learning and development will be required – experiencein other industries will be considered
Being able to communicate well and present with confidence –an ability to present in an engaging way.
Willingness to collaborate across departments to meettraining objectives, collaboration is key – teamwork will be required acrossout teams to get the results we need.
Attention to detail and good organisation skills are crucial.
You need to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva and Pagetiger
