INTERIM HR and Payroll Co-Ordinator (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

***Hospitality experience and knowledge of Fourth Hospitality are essential***

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be supporting the people team across multiple sites, managing day-to-day HR operations and payroll admin while helping to keep things running smoothly.


* Be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR inbox for multiple sites, circa 800 employees
* Support with payroll admin, ensuring accuracy and timely processing (knowledge of Fourth payroll is essential)
* Handle basic employee relations queries and escalate more complex cases as needed
* Assist with staff check-ins and help streamline internal processes
* Provide support with HR reporting, admin, and projects
* Offer basic employment law guidance where required and escalate risks when appropriate
* Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment


What you’ll bring

* Experience in HR admin or a similar role — or the ambition to step into a growing HR career
* Confidence in Fourth payroll administration
* Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Friendly, approachable, and people-first in your approach
* Basic understanding of employment law
* A proactive, positive attitude ready to learn and contribute from day one
