Working closely with the Head of UK Operations, the Senior Account Manager will support the delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to onsite execution, building strong client relationships while coordinating closely with operations and scheduling teams.

This is a long-established event staffing and crew solutions business with an impressive international presence across the UK, Middle East and Europe.
Working across festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, live entertainment, conferences and large-scale productions, the business supplies skilled event crew and operational support to many of the biggest names in the industry.
With a collaborative and close-knit team culture, the company has built long-standing client relationships and a strong reputation for reliability and service delivery. Due to continued growth and increasing project demands, they are now looking to bring in a Senior Account Manager to support the operations and client services teams.
THE ROLE
This position will focus on managing client relationships, coordinating project requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of staffing solutions across a wide range of live events and productions.
The Senior Account Manager will work closely with clients from initial enquiry through to project completion, preparing quotations, coordinating logistics and supporting the operational delivery of projects alongside scheduling and crew teams.
Duties as Senior Account Manager will include:
- Managing existing client relationships and maintaining repeat business
- Preparing quotations, schedules and project documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery
- Coordinating logistics including accommodation, catering and travel requirements
- Supporting operations and scheduling teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Attending client meetings, site visits and industry networking events
- Ensuring contracts, accreditation and event documentation are completed accurately
- Handling client enquiries and resolving operational issues where required
- Maintaining accurate project information within internal systems
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role, candidates should ideally come from an events, production, staffing, logistics or supplier-side background with experience managing client relationships and operational delivery.
You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working within a fast-paced live events environment where priorities can change quickly. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role would suit someone currently working as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, Operations Manager or Event Manager looking to move into a more senior client-facing operational role within the live events sector.
