We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to become part of our warm and welcoming team at Prima Park Day Nursery. Located on Capstone Road in Gillingham, Prima Montessori Nursery is situated on the Elm Court Estate, offering ample parking spaces. Rated "Good" by Ofsted (July 2022).
Salary - £27,601.60 per annum - Hours - 40

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:
* Plan fun, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
* Build trusted relationships with children and families
* Work collaboratively to maintain a happy, supportive atmosphere
About You
You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Essential:
* Level 3 childcare qualification
* Confident written and spoken English
Desirable:
* Experience in an Early Years setting
* Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
