JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have a new opportunity for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join the Guinness Legal Team. This is a permanent, full - time vacancy based in our London office. We offer hybrid working, blending office days with working from home. The overall purpose of the role is to manage the Litigation Team and deal with litigation cases, in particular complex housing management litigation. What we are looking for You will bring significant expertise across all areas of housing litigation, including ASB, possession claims, disrepair, Equality Act claims, leasehold management, service charge disputes and debt recovery. We are seeking someone who can communicate to a high standard, both in writing and in person, and who can present complex information clearly and confidently. You will manage a team and be highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused, with a track record of meeting deadlines and working to targets. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential. You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills:
