The Executive Assistant will be the CEO’s trusted partner and champion, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are directed towards the highest priorities. The CEO manages a wide and shifting set of priorities and requires an EA who can bring structure, clarity and calm, while working collaboratively across the organisation. A major and critical component of this role is the active management of multiple high-volume inboxes. This is not light-touch email handling — it requires confidence, judgement and ownership.
