Overview
Are you a Bid Manager with experience working on rail and drainage projects? Do you have experience in managing incoming bids and meeting bid deadlines?
Location: West Drayton, Maidstone, Swindon, Cardiff or Fleet office + 3 days working from home
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum DOE + car allowance circa £4800 + 10% bonus scheme
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming bids and ensure bid deadlines are met on a portfolio of rail drainage and civils projects nationwide.
* Identify new bid opportunities.
* Coordinate with the Estimator and report into the Rail Director; no pricing work involved.
* Collaborate across teams to support bid preparation and governance.

Requirements
* Ideally 10 years of experience as a Bid Manager in civil engineering/construction
* Ideally at least 5 years of experience working as a Bid Manager on rail and drainage projects
