Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial mechanical projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple mechanical projects across the commercial sector
* Manage Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure successful delivery
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Client and stakeholder liaison
* Commercial awareness alongside QS teams
* Ensure full health & safety compliance
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within mechanical building services
* Strong background in commercial projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
* Strong programme and delivery management experience
