Family Support Worker \nEarly Help \nLocation: Merseyside\nPay rate: £18 per hour\n \nOur client is looking for Experienced Support Workers. In this role you will work as part of a multi-agency team delivering creative interventions for children and young people. To provide intensive, evidenced based interventions for children and young people using a Trusted Adult, Child First and trauma informed approach.\n\nThis post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore you are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings that are not ‘protected’ (i.e., filtered out) as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2013. \n \nPerfect candidate will be:\n\nRelevant social care qualification\nFlexible and forward thinking in approach.\nWork in a Social Services Directorate or other Statutory or Voluntary Agency.\nConstantly striving for continuous improvement to provide the best outcomes for individuals and their families\nAble to use excellent mediation and negotiation skills on behalf of service users.\nWork with a range of client groups within an Agency\nHighly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans\nCommitted to providing our service users with a high-quality service\nExperienced in working in a multi-disciplinary, interagency basis\nKnowledge of legislation relating to general social work practice.This is an agency post and Pertemps can offer you:-\nDedicated consultant who has access to all roles across the UK and is available for you to speak to, easy registration process, referral schemes and incentives, ongoing compliance managed for you, prompt and reliable payroll and lots more.\n\nThis role is ideally located for those travelling from Liverpool, Birkenhead, Widnes, Warrington, Wirral, Huyton, Wallasey, Sefton, Manchester, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Wigan, St Helens, Runcorn, Widnes, Chester, Queensferry, Chester, Wrexham and Skelmersdale\n\nWe recruit across all areas of Qualified Social Work.
