What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing and progressing residential property sales
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Building strong relationships
* Contributing to the growth of market share
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Working collaboratively as part of a high-energy team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in residential property sales and/or lettings
* Exposure to the London property market
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills
* A professional, well-presented manner with a positive attitude
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
* Motivated, punctual, articulate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Listing/valuation experience is advantageous
