Due to company expansion we are looking to add the following to our company. Local lighting manufacturer supplying commercial lighting, looking for a junior office administrator. Work 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting sales team / directors with Admin
* Answering phones and taking messages
* Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and other contacts
* Helping to keep the office tidy
* Organising Social Media and Content Creation
* Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and general Microsoft Applications
* General Admin Duties and Data Entry
* Driving is an advantage
