Your Role
* Provide warm, person‑centred care for residents.
* Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility.
* Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events.
* Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure residents' well‑being is always the top priority.
Essential Criteria
* Experience as a carer for older people or a real desire to work in the field of care.
* A kind, patient, and understanding nature.
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
* Excellent work ethic and flexibility.
