Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in providing a brilliant shopping experience, whether customers order in store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
* Inspire the team to deliver outstanding results and maintain high standards
* Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
* Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Keep displays stocked and appealing
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
