Our client, a respected environmental consultancy based in North Hertfordshire, is seeking a motivated Assistant Grade Ecologist to join their expanding team. About the Role
You’ll work alongside a team of experienced ecologists on a diverse range of projects across the region. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ecological surveys, report preparation, species identification, data analysis, and supporting senior staff in delivering high‑quality environmental assessments.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A degree (or equivalent) in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
* A genuine interest in wildlife, habitats, and conservation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
