Senior Property Services Coordinator
Location: Bradford
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: c.£39,000 per annum
We are looking for a Senior Property Services Coordinator to lead our Repairs Hub coordination team and help deliver excellent, resident‑focused repairs and maintenance services across our homes. This is a fast‑paced leadership role where you’ll drive service quality, ensure compliance, and support effective contractor and operational management.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, mentoring and performance‑managing the Property Services Coordinators
* Overseeing daily repairs delivery to ensure KPIs and service targets are met
* Managing high‑risk and urgent repairs, escalating issues promptly
* Leading contractor WIP reconciliations and handling cost approvals
* Maintaining accurate performance data for reporting, governance and compliance
* Supporting wider compliance, complaints resolution and voids performance
* Liaising with surveyors, contractors and internal colleagues
* Monitoring resident satisfaction and helping drive continual improvement
What You’ll Bring
* Strong knowledge of housing repairs, contractor management and compliance
* Experience with financial governance, WIP reconciliation and cost approvals
* Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements
* Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Experience supervising teams in repairs or maintenance
* Familiarity with housing management systems and Excel
* Desirable: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in construction, housing or property.
