Our client is currently recruiting a Personnel Logistics Coordinator. Based in Aberdeen, the role will be on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) – Fully office based
ROLE
The Personnel Logistics Coordinator is required to assist the Contract Managers and Project Managers in overseeing the execution of assigned projects including mobilisation of the correct personnel required on behalf of the company and their clients, thereby ensuring the successful delivery of projects in accordance with HSEQ systems and exceeding our client’s expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with HSEQ requirements as described in the HSEQ Manual and Procedures, staff handbook, and as specified by customer HSEQ requirements.
Assist the Contract Managers and Projects personnel in resourcing and managing personnel.
Ensure that logistical arrangements are made and communicated to field staff, including travel, accommodation, offshore flight arrangements as required.
Pre-mobilistion Check - Ensure all field staff have valid/in date certificates prior to mobilsing.
Review of received Personnel (CV’s) and respond accordingly.
Posting job adverts for offshore requirements.
Screen and match Personnel to contract requirements
Radiography record keeping and badge distribution.
Ensuring field staff have correct PPE and issuing more when requested.
Attend project specific meetings as required by Operations Staff.
Attend planning and management meetings as required.
Coordinate projects meetings to review Operations system tools.
Liaise with Operations personnel to arrange correct manning and skill levels, and ensure systems are effectively utilised.
Support site personnel with administrative, HR and Logistical issues.
Participating in audit control.
Assist in NDT Eye tests, Face and Eye fit testing,
Visa Applications
Create and update Field Staff Terms & Conditions.
Partake in Emergency Response
Logistical focal point for clients.
Maintenance of the operational planners.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Basic Numeracy/Literacy e.g. Maths/English at Standard Grade or equivalent.
Experience/Knowledge
Previous experience in Oil & Gas (service) industry and projects beneficial.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite applications.
Additional Skills/Requirements
Proven background in HR and Logistics.
HR/ Project management qualification preferred
