Your day-to-day will include
1. Leading global transfer pricing documentation and audit preparation
2. Analyzing cross-border transactions and identifying tax-saving opportunities
3. Owning the VAT compliance process across multiple jurisdictions
4. Supporting tax provision calculations for statutory and US GAAP reporting
5. Capitalize on tax efficiencies and reclaim processes across EMEA
6. Engaging with local tax authorities to resolve notices and disputes
7. Reviewing royalty models and advising local entities
8. Collaborating with Treasury on tax-efficient cash repatriation
9. Supporting M&A tax integration and entity rationalization
What we’re looking for
10. 5–7 years’ experience in international tax, either in-house or at a top-tier firm
11. Solid expertise in transfer pricing, VAT, and audit strategies
12. Working knowledge of US GAAP and international tax provision processes
13. Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel manipulation
14. Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication
15. A strategic thinker who’s fact-driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful
16. Preferred qualifications: CPA, MBA, JD or MST
17. The right to live and work permanently in either the UK or Poland, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
