Support the Mortality Review Practitioner in the design, analysis, data collection, report preparation and dissemination of mortality data.

The post holder will be expected to communicate complex information to all levels of employees both within and external to the organisation in a clear written and oral format.

Provide management information for mortality review meetings, ensuring relevant information is available in a timely manner for learning from death reporting.

Support and advise on data collection methods, extraction, and analysis from a range of systems, aiding collation of submissions that meet national mortality reporting requirements.

Be instrumental in providing learning from deaths evidence and supporting the implementation of quality Improvement projects across the organisation in partnership with clinical and managerial colleagues, service users and carers and external partners.
