We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player who is ready to learn and work hard.Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Accurately process orders onto our inhouse system in a timely fashion * Liaise directly with the customers by telephone and e-mail, ensuring quality customer service in every situation * Work closely with colleagues in the Sales team and in the Warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently * General administrative duties, answering phone calls etc.The ideal candidate will: * Have worked in a sales/merchanting environment previously with experience and understanding of stock allocation * Be confident using Microsoft, particularly Outlook * Be a proficient PC user * Have strong communication skills * Be open to learning how to use new software (full training will be provided)Based outside of the city centre, so own transport is essential.
