Our Registered Managers can earn additional bonuses relating to performance which are paid quarterly – our highest earner last year was paid over £3,!
Package: £.68 plus benefits + Career Progression
Hours: 38.75 per week
Development Information: The McCarthy Stone Amersham Retirement Living Plus development is right in the heart of Old Amersham, opposite the lovely River Misbourne. There is a selection of two bedroom apartments available exclusively for those over 70.

About you:
14. You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
15. Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
16. Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
17. Have a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
