Expro are currently recruiting for a Hydraulic Intervention Operations Coordinator to join the CoilHose team based in Aberdeen.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To assist with the smooth and efficient running of all operations for Hydraulic Intervention globally. Assist in coordinating the manpower and technical requirements e.g. the movement of equipment, materials and personnel to ensure actioned in line Product Line requirements.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
1. Liaise with regions/areas with regard to activity levels and demands for operational equipment to ensure allocated resources can be in place.
2. Assist in providing a link between Operations, Business Development, Engineering and product line technical groups with support of senior personnel.
3. Assist in providing product technical support to internal and external customers where required with support of senior personnel.
4. Undertake the planning of manpower requirements to ensure availability of resources for the project in line with operational requirements. May be involved in recruitment of staff or contract personnel as necessary.
5. Monitor costs of equipment, manpower and associated items to ensure project/task costs are contained within approved budget and highlight any issues in a timely manner to Management
6. May coordinate the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned location.
7. Ensure completion of required documentation and accuracy of data for company procedures, processes and specific client’s reporting requirements is undertaken
8. Learn and assist to explain product line equipment processes and procedures.
9. Assist with introduction of new products and services based on first-hand knowledge of product line technology and customer needs.
10. Liaise with client, operational team, supervision and internal departments as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion within deadlines

12. Formal technical qualification
13. Previous technical experience preferable within product line including wellsite/field experience
