What You’ll Be Doing Stock & Inventory Management Maintain meticulous stock records, including high-value and bespoke items Ensure all items are stored securely and the warehouse remains organized and pristine Goods Inward Receive and inspect incoming goods within 24 hours Flag any issues through the appropriate quality control channels Goods Dispatch Pack and dispatch items to the highest standards, including fragile and luxury packaging Coordinate domestic and international shipments with confidence Occasionally deliver items locally to clients and suppliers Client & Workshop Support Greet and assist high-profile visitors, suppliers, and couriers Support quality control processes to uphold the brand’s world-class standards Assist with general office admin, including document scanning and handling artwork Manage heavy tooling logistics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience Experience in quality control or luxury product handling is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional presence Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Familiarity with high-end or creative industries.
