We're seeking a Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join our team at our Largs (Ayrshire) venue, Brisbane House Hotel. The recently fully-refurbished property delivers exclusive-use weddings in our gorgeous coastal setting. But we also need exceptional team members to help couples find their dream venue and plan their special day - that's where you'd come in.
As a Wedding and Events Sales Manager you will lead your department, delivering outstanding experiences to couples and guests who enquire about hosting their wedding or event at our venue, and securing bookings. You'll be a great listener, with the skill to adapt and tailor our packages to create the perfect wedding or event.
Role Responsibilities
* Generating & managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue
* Participating in meetings with the Senior Management and wider sales team to discuss areas of focus for your venue
* Collaborate with the Operations Team, detailing a full handover for preparation of Weddings and Events
* Managing your schedule accordingly, to fully maximise opportunities within your venue
* Act as point of contact for our clients and suppliers
* Responsible for the training, mentoring and development of Wedding and Events Sales Coordinators (Venue Specific)
* Accurately provide reports for Senior Management Team and The Support Team
* Host show rounds for our guests, offering a world class experience, providing quotations and securing bookings for their once in a life time experience
Other ad hoc duties will be required from time to time also, which will be discussed to you in advance.

Experience and Skills Required
* A Minimum of 2 Years of Sales Experience
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
