We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Maintenance Operative. You will be joining the team at Chetwynd House Care Home in Beeston, Nottingham, a luxury 75-bed care home, offering high-quality residential and dementia care.
This is a key role that helps ensure our home remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Working closely with the Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the home’s maintenance needs, from daily upkeep to responding to urgent repairs.
This role is hands-on and varied, requiring someone who is skilled in general DIY and able to complete tasks to a high standard. Whether it\s carrying out essential repairs, performing routine checks, or managing caretaking duties, your work will contribute to the smooth running of our home. You\ll have the opportunity to put your skills to use in an environment where attention to detail and the well-being of our residents is paramount.
About the Maintenance Operative Role;

What we are looking for;

* General DIY / Maintenance experience required
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
