Cordwalles Junior School has an exciting opportunity for an After School Club Manager to lead their dedicated wrap-around provision.
We are seeking an organized Manager for our after-school program to work closely with our Headteacher in providing a warm, welcoming, and successful out-of-school care facility. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, reviewing policies, and planning inclusive, engaging activities for children. The role also involves developing positive relationships with parents/carers, children, and staff, supervising children, and working with the team during afternoon club hours.

* Ability to handle confidential material professionally.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and adults.
* Experience working with children aged 4 to 11 years.
* Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.
* Ability to plan and support fun, challenging play activities.
* Proven experience in providing high-quality primary-aged childcare.
* Strong commitment to teamwork.

Position Details:
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 3 pm to 6 pm, plus 5 flexible hours per week (38 weeks).
Closing Date: Monday, 30th June at 9:30 am
Interview Week: W/C 1st July 2025
