Care Home Manager
Location: Lexden, Colchester
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the home
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Lead, motivate and support a dedicated care and nursing team
* Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the local community
* Oversee budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the home
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain exceptional standards of care
About You
* Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance
* Confident, compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
* RGN qualification desirable but not essential
* Proven track record of maintaining high occupancy and quality ratings
