We’re partnering with a leading US Investment Bank renowned for delivering high-quality M&A, ECM, and Debt Advisory services. Their Chemicals M&A team is led by a highly respected senior leadership group with a strong track record across mid-market transactions.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a well-established and dynamic team. You’ll play a central role across the full deal lifecycle—originating, analysing, and executing transactions—gaining significant exposure and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Build detailed financial models and perform company valuations
• Prepare high-quality client and internal presentation materials
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with external advisors
• Conduct market, sector, and investment analysis
• Analyse fund and business performance metrics
• Work collaboratively to deliver best-in-class outcomes
What We’re Looking For
• 4–5 years’ M&A / Corporate Finance experience within an investment bank or advisory boutique
• Sector experience in Chemicals, Industrials, or Business Services preferred
• Proven track record of full-cycle deal execution
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
