£13.00 - £15.50 per hour + mileage

We are looking for kind, reliable and professional Care Professionals to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas.
This is not a rushed, high-volume care environment. Our focus is on delivering unrushed, relationship-led care, giving both our clients and Care Professionals the time they deserve.

What We're Looking For

* Availability to work every other weekend

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The Role
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
* Supporting with personal care, companionship and daily routines
* Building meaningful relationships with clients
* Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Pay & Benefits
* £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience
* Enhanced evening and weekend rates
* Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
* Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay (12.07%)
* Company pension (3% contribution)
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
