As an Oncology/Haematology Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective and high-quality medicines management across the patient pathway, providing specialist pharmaceutical expertise to support the safe prescribing, preparation and delivery of systemic anti-cancer therapies.
What You’ll Do
* Clinically screen and validate SACT prescriptions
* Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to clinicians and nursing staff
* Support procurement, dispensing and stock management
* Contribute to protocol development and medicines governance
* Monitor patient treatment and advise on drug therapy adjustments
* Support audits, quality improvement and service development
What You’ll Bring
* GPhC registration
* Experience in oncology/haematology pharmacy
* Experience with SACT prescribing and screening
* Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills
