Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Temporary Customer Support Officer include:

3. Facilitate effective communication between the company and its customers.
4. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
6. Maintain customer records and ensure the accuracy of information.
7. Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and standards.
8. Assist in the preparation of reports on customer interactions.
9. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the department.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Temporary Customer Support Officer will have:

10. Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently.
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. The ability to work well in a team and contribute to its success.
13. Good organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
14. Be driven, self-motivated, resilient and confident.
15. Have the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
16. Strong IT skills is highly desirable.
