Proximity Recruitment are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (£50,000 + Benefits) to join a dynamic & talented team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Northamptonshire, the role will be 4 days a week in the office. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute category marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and product launch campaigns.
* Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, PR, advertising, social media, and internal comms.
* Collaborate with category, brand, and commercial teams to create engaging propositions and training materials.
* Manage launch events, activation campaigns, and own-label brand guardianship projects.
* Monitor performance, analyse marketing impact, and report on campaign effectiveness.
* Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Support the Senior Marketing Manager with wider marketing initiatives.
