Previous PI Paralegal experience is essential, preferably including knowledge of the Claims Portal and DCP. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate they are a team player who is willing to work hard to meet the needs of this highly successful team, and its clients. The team currently consists of 6 individuals (including a Partner, Senior Associate, Legal Executives, Paralegal and Secretary). The team is led by Jeremy Horton, and you will be expected to work with your colleagues, as well as independently, dealing with a range of interesting work and clients. As a Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, you will be working alongside our four experienced senior personal injury lawyers and the team secretary on a range of exciting personal injury and industrial disease matters. Your main duties will be: Handling your own small, but expanding, caseload of Fast Track/Portal claims Supporting our legal advisors on a range of tasks on various larger personal injury and industrial disease cases Conducting initial enquiry interviews with prospective new clients Creating bundles and legal documents Why join Brachers?
