We’re hiring an L&D Programme Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across EMEA & APAC.

Key responsibilities:
* Design and deliver L&D programmes aligned to business goals
* Manage LMS (ideally Workday Learning) and external providers
* Partner with HR, HRIS and key stakeholders across regions
* Analyse L&D data to drive improvements
* Act as the go-to for all L&D across international teams
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in L&D programme management across multiple regions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* LMS experience (Workday ideal)
Hybrid working (3 days in office) + some international travel.
