Service Administration Assistant

Within the team, you will assist the Health and Care Services in Frimley and the wider Business Support team across Surrey.
What will a day in the life of a Service Administration Assistant involve?
* Providing efficient, professional assistance to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations.
* Supporting team with data entry (BRM) and preparing reports with great accuracy.
* Being confident answering telephone enquiries.
* General administrative duties, including dealing with incoming and outgoing emails.
* Organising meetings and taking notes.
* Working alongside a team of five staff reporting to the Service Coordinator.
What do you need to be a successful Service Administration Assistant?
* Strong communication skills. Ability to deliver clear communications both verbally and in writing.
* Confident using the computer and have good typing skills.
* Experience in dealing with telephone enquiries in a competent manner.
* Enthusiasm about customer service whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
* Excellent general administration skills.
* IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft packages.
