This is a superb opp for a UK qualified employment solicitor to join as Legal Counsel on a fixed term contract (likely 12 months initially). You’ll be supporting the Legal Director (Employment) in handling of large employment tribunal caseloads.
* Ideally with in-house experience but we can consider a move from private practice. This role would suit 5 years PQE. It’s a great role with room to grow and develop.

* Qualified UK lawyer with a strong track record in employment law, especially managing a busy and varied caseload of employment litigation.
* Sound legal, commercial, business and negotiating acumen, with strong technical legal skills.
* Keen to develop the use of generative AI to drive efficiencies in day‑to‑day work.
* Ability to work with limited supervision.
