Registered Manager
Salary: £49,440 Per Annum. Excellent Benefits, Yearly Pay Reviews
Location: Carmarthenshire, Wales
Hours: Full-time, days
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our innovative residential care home, which provides high-quality rehabilitation care to both younger and older adults. This is an exciting opportunity to join a service that has received a glowing CIW report and is committed to maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Registered Manager Duties:
* Lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care.
* Ensure compliance with all CIW regulations and internal policies.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for residents.
* Maintain and enhance the home’s excellent reputation and regulatory standards.
* Act as a positive influencer, inspiring staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Registered Manager Requirements:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or QCF qualification in care or equivalent
* To have experience in managing residential homes or large multi-sites
* The Registered Manager will be proficient in budget management
* The Registered Manager will come from a successful CQC background
* The Registered Manager must have experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
