This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic individual to become part of a supportive residential property team with genuine long-term development prospects.The role would suit someone with conveyancing experience or a strong legal administrative background who is looking to progress within residential property law.The RoleYou will provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to fee earners, ensuring residential property matters run efficiently and clients receive a professional, responsive service.Key responsibilities include: Providing general administrative support within the residential property teamPreparing and issuing client quotationsActing as a point of contact for clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agentsProviding regular client updates and monitoring matter progressionOpening and closing files on the case management system in line with AML, SRA, and CQS requirementsAssisting with freehold and leasehold conveyancing mattersCarrying out online searches and managing search resultsUsing the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, respond to requisitions, and obtain official copies, leases, and title plansPreparing Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations and submitting applicationsPreparing bills, receipts, and payments for submission to the finance teamProviding occasional reception cover when required About You Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant is preferredGood understanding of the day-to-day operations of a legal officeConfident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWorking knowledge of case management systemsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple matters and work effectively under pressureClear and professional communication skillsBasic understanding of the residential conveyancing process The Package Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:15 (1-hour lunch break)Start: Immediate start availableSalary: Competitive and dependent on experienceHoliday: 26 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension schemeFirm-funded eye testsMonthly holiday bonus scheme (additional annual leave linked to regional performance)Comprehensive training and development, including support towards professional qualifications This role offers the chance to join a stable, approachable firm so if interested, please apply here or call Kim to discuss further.
