About the Role
As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. From diagnostics to repairs and component refits, your expertise plays a key role in delivering outstanding results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all MET-related tasks including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit
Follow manufacturer-approved methods to ensure accurate, safe, and compliant repairs
Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and inform repair plans
Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint teams to ensure workflow efficiency and repair quality
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Keep your work area organised, clean, and safe
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, electronics, and modern repair techniques
ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to achieve it with our support
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
