Job Description
Location: 39-41 Main Street
What is the Job?
Our F&B outlets make memories for our guests, be it in breakfast, the intimate Heritage bar or Nemesis restaurant. As the head of the food & beverage operations, you will play a crucial part in the day‑to‑day running. As a member of the senior management team, you will act as Duty Manager for the hotel, learning about the full hotel operation including Front Office, Housekeeping etc., within an internationally branded 4‑star property.

About the Role – Responsibilities
People
* Manage daily staffing, rota planning and team performance
* Coach, support and develop team members through regular feedback
* Ensure all staff are trained in service standards, systems, health & safety and security procedures
* Support and manage HR processes where required
* Train the Trainer training will be provided
Financial
* Assist GM with departmental budgets and financial planning
* Drive initiatives to increase guest spend and revenue growth
* Control labour costs and departmental expenses in line with targetsMonitor F&B financial performance and resolve issues efficiently
* Financial control training will be provided
Guest Experience
* Deliver consistently high service standards across all F&B operations
* Lead by example on the floor during service
* Maintain strong product knowledge across food, beverage and local offerings
* Proactively gather guest feedback and implement improvements where needed
* Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience as bar or restaurant manager
* A clear understanding of speaking and understanding English
* Proven experience of leading and managing others
* Two years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager within a hotel environment
* Experience in a branded hotel
