React Developer (fixed term contract for 18 months)

What you will be doing
Designing and delivering clean, scalable front-end solutions in React
Creating responsive components and integrating with RESTful APIs
Collaborating with back-end developers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality features
Taking part in design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
Suggesting improvements and helping reduce technical debt as you go
What you will bring
Commercial React experience and confident in JavaScript and TypeScript
Solid HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design abilities
Experience working with RESTful APIs and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
A collaborative mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Git workflows
Nice-to-have: testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), design systems, or cloud platforms.
The practical details:
Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in the office (rural location, car required)
Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
