Communications Specialist ensures our channels are accessible, effective and genuinely engaging – not just functional. Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation
* Proven track record of managing and optimising internal communication channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage
* Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and their application for effective communication delivery
* Experience in creative content production – both graphic design and video
* Ability to plan, manage and deliver multichannel communication campaigns that align with organisational priorities
Additional skills
* Skilled in applying data and analytics to monitor channel performance and inform improvements
* Understanding of brand and design standards, ensuring consistency across all internal communication
