Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator
Salary: £25,662-£28,500 subject to qualifications and experience.
Location: Oxford
Reasonable flexible working will be supported and some working from home is possible. Travel throughout Oxfordshire will be required.
Hours of work: Full time or Part time. Full-time (37.5hrs per week), part-time, or condensed hours will be considered, with responsibilities tailored accordingly. Occasionally evening and weekend work may be required for which time off in lieu will be given.

Key Responsibilities & Success Measures
* Donor Stewardship & Database Management
o Process all donations within 48 hours with 100% accuracy
o Send personalised acknowledgments within 5 working days of receipt
o Maintain complete, error-free records for every donor interaction in our CRM (Beacon)
o Execute donor stewardship plans consistently
o Achieve donor retention rate of 90% (currently 94%) or higher for your portfolio
* Fundraising Portfolio Management
o Meet or exceed annual fundraising Trusts target of £95k
o Manage pipeline of trust and grant applications
o Develop and grow community fundraising and individual giving streams
o Identify and pursue in-kind donation opportunities
* Relationship Building & Communication
o Serve as primary point of contact for assigned donors
o Communicate impact through reports, presentations, and updates
o Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
o Represent the organisation at donor events and community activities
o Handle sensitive information with discretion
o Create the impact-driven E-Bulletin ‘OY Mail’ monthly
* Events & Project Support
o Support delivery of donor-centered events
o Coordinate events for Business Guardians and Round-Up for Youth Programmes
o Coordinate logistics for events connecting young people with supporters
o Coordinate assigned projects autonomously from planning through execution
* Operational Excellence
o Contribute to improvements in fundraising systems and processes
o Participate in target setting and risk assessments
o Complete all work in alignment with policies, safeguarding and GDPR

Essential Requirements
Experience & Track Record
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in fundraising or similar sectors
* Ability to write compelling material with excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience building professional relationships that yielded sustained support
* Experience managing multiple deadlines with strong time management
Skills & Competencies
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Emotional intelligence and relationship-building
* Discipline and follow-through
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva or similar
* Experience with CRM/database systems
* Working knowledge of email marketing platforms
Personal Attributes
* Values-driven and safeguarding focused
* Comfortable discussing money and making fundraising asks
* Professional, reliable, and consistent
Desirable Skills
* Experience in charity/nonprofit sector
* Experience writing trust and foundation applications
* Project management platform experience (e.g., Monday.com)
* Event management and networking experience
* GDPR understanding in fundraising context
* Driving license and access to vehicle
Safeguarding
* Understanding safeguarding responsibilities; DBS check may be required
* Ensure concerns from young people are handled per policy
