About the Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where hard work and determination are recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
3. Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
5. Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
6. Develop business opportunities through networking and client outreach.
7. Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
8. Work towards individual and team performance targets.
