Your Responsibilities
As a Sub-Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering control and supervising production resources. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with project and company systems for a defined area of the works at Hinkley Point C. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Produce, monitor, and manage short-term lookahead programmes.
* Demonstrate sound commercial awareness at Sub-Agent level.
* Manage temporary works on-site, leveraging your prior experience as a TWS/TWC.
* Provide input and review for permanent works design to ensure constructability.
* Oversee the change process through RFI/FCR/NCR.
* Mentor and manage junior staff, helping them grow in their roles.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Previous experience in RC works.
* Experience as a Sub-Agent or as a Section Engineer looking to progress.
* CSCS certification.
* SMSTS certification.
