Senior Project Manager (Electrical Bias)
Location: M4 Corridor
Salary: Up to £95,000 + package
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong electrical or MEP background to lead the delivery of complex construction projects across the M4 Corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of technically challenging projects and leading teams to deliver outstanding results.
The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage specialist subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has the confidence to manage stakeholders, programme delivery, and commercial performance simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project teams delivering complex electrical and MEP packages
• Oversee planning, programme management and project execution
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor commercial performance, procurement and cost control
• Drive collaboration and performance across project teams
• Maintain clear reporting and communication with senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience delivering MEP or electrically biased construction projects
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering or building services

SMSTS | CSCS (Black Card) | First Aid at Work
