* Provide visible leadership and support team development
* Represent the capital function at Senior Management Team level
* Participate in the senior manager on-call rota
About You:

* Postgraduate qualification in project or construction management (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
* Proven track record in delivering major capital projects in complex settings
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and performance management skills
* Knowledge of NHS standards, HTMs, HBNs, and sustainability principles
* Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, CIOB, IWFM) is desirable
* Committed to equality, diversity, and inclusive leadership
