Job Title: Planning and Logistics Manager

Role: You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of customer orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan all bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock levels using Sage 200.
4. Communicate effectively with senior management, finance, and sales teams to align on stock levels and sales forecasts.
5. Manage relationships with logistics companies to meet delivery requirements.
6. Investigate and resolve customer delivery complaints.
7. Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
8. Perform other duties as required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200 accounting software.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as on-time in-full deliveries and warehouse GMP audits.
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
